| Winners on Wheels is a scouting type organization for children in wheelchairs. |
| There are groups in several locations in the USA, and the National Office is always interested in helping new groups to start up if there is enough interest. |
| Our Portland group meets 2 Saturdays a month (other groups may have different schedules) and the kids participate in some type of activity (game/sporting event), crafts, exercise and educational session. The atmosphere is positive and everyone is encouraged (and expected) to participate to their fullest. |
